The Deadline
Proposals must be submitted by midnight on October 15.
Below are some helpful things to think about:
The Time
The booth will be operational Thursday 10-5, Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-12.
How much time to you need? Slots for 1.5 hours and 3 hours are ideal. Remember that your time slot will include setup and breakdown of anything you install.
The Space
Our 10′ x 10′ space will be full of color, texture, featuring a spa chair, a couple of stools, and of course lab coats and lab suits. We will be suspending fabric from the ceiling to delineate the space. Once we have a time slot set, we will also let you know if there will be co-occurring activities so you can plan accordingly.
The larger site hosts a sound installation so any sound that might be part of your installation/event/activity needs to be low-level, e.g., quiet conversation, no primal screams. The hangar is a large space and it may be possible for elements of your activity to take place outside the 10 x 10 primary space.
